RICHMOND, Ky. -- The 19th annual Roy Kidd Football Camp at Eastern Kentucky University will be held June 18-21.

The camp, for youngsters 12-18 years of age, complies with pre-high school National Federation rules and players may participate without jeopardizing any eligibility.

"We aim to give our campers the finest football instruction possible and, at the same time, give them a week full of fun and fond memories," said Kidd.

"12 and 13 year-olds will come home with the knowledge and confidence to play at a more competitive level, while the older youngsters will polish their skills and improve their techniques for high school competition," he added.

Campers will be housed in Commonwealth Hall, an air-conditioned dormitory on EKU's campus. Drills and team work will be conducted at Presnell Athletic Complex which features three grass football fields and complete training room facilities.
