signs in the spring of being a good football player... made improvements
as spring practice continued... played in the '99 spring game and was credited
with one tackle... needs to work on size and strength... should get better
with more repeititions in practice... coaching staff is looking for Joe
to help at the end position this fall... graduate of South Decatur High
School.
